The Subversion repository. Install the subversion package if you don't have it
already, then
svn checkout svn://mielke.cc/main/brltty
Note: checkout can be abbreviated to co.

That's very old and totally unsupported, which means your system could have
security vulnerabilities. You really should upgrade or switch to a different
distribution if for some reason you can't upgrade.

This should also give you the latest Espeak and supporting libraries.
