[BRLTTY] Trying to compile brltty on Mac OS Mountain Lion

Well, if anybody gets it to compile with Mountain Lion before I manage to figure out what my router does with port forwarding, please post how you did it and what you had on your machine that you think allowed you to succeed. This may drive me to going back to airport extreme; I had no trouble setting up port forwarding on it. Meanwhile I do have it running in a virtual Arch linux machine on my Mac and of course I also can ssh in.

Thanks.
