[BRLTTY] how to test a new driver?

Hi Dave,

Yes, it's a screen driver for a low-cost graphical Braille display, the 
project is running currently, you can check the official homepage: 
http://www.tacmon.eu/new/
In the future we would be glad to see our driver in the official BRLTTY 
repo. The goal of the driver is to be compatible with existing screen 
reader applications, therefore reach as many users as possible.
