[BRLTTY] 1st French update

Hi,

See the end of the French update. Now the French release of brltty (fr.po and
the whole user manual) are up-to-date. I'm glad that's done for the 4.5 release.

Just a thing: can you modify French/BRLTTY.sgml to include in it new files
such as text-tables.sgml? I didn't as my sgml skills are limited. Can you
do this for me? Or should I find some help to do then send a new patch?
