Because... BRLTTY has been developed to serve the needs of text console
users for the last 17 years. It's only in the last few months that some
attempt at making BRLTTY work for Android has been undertaken. And so
far only by a single developer.
The help screen you see probably belongs to the text console support and
I wouldn't be surprised if there were no help content at all for Android
at this point.
You should not expect to see commercial grade quality just yet. This is
Free Software and contributions are always welcome.
