[BRLTTY] Running Freedom Scientific Focus 14 in Windows 8 And Clarification on Errors

Hi Mario,
Thanks. I will use 4.5.
In  this site  http://brl.thefreecat.org/brltty/README.txt I did not see
4.5 pre-built version for windows.
But there is a brltty45.zip which is for DOS. Which I am not sure is the
right one to use for windows 7.
I could also build brltty in mingw from the source code. Have to figure out
the additional things to be done to use USB.
