[BRLTTY] Contracted English braille error and patch: Nuther

Hi folks,

In frontier or slave dialect you frequently come across the word "nuther." 
It can mean either "another" as in the first sentence below, or "neither" as 
in the second. It should use the the sign instead of the er sign. The 
attached patch fixes this.

Here are some examples from my Web-Braille collection:
