[BRLTTY] My BRAILLEX EL 40 P C-Rev. 3.06 does not work by USB

Dave,

I tried with another printer USB cable and it works the same way.  These
cables have classical USB connectors on the PC side and, on the device
side, connectors that have the same length of metal but a square
section.  That square has two angles cut on four.  Also there are some
bumps on each square side that have a normal angle and a cut one.

Please find attached device files and the script I used to produce them.
