[BRLTTY] possible problem or bug with 5.0

Hi.  My character seems to be a unicode a7c2, but I can only find it in
/etc/brltty/zh-tw.ctb:always and it does not have the dots I am seeing.
What I am seeing is just for a7, but changing it does not change what I
am seeing.

What am I missing?
