[BRLTTY] brltty speech

I now tryed brltty with talkback disabled
And what can i say...
Firefox: no way
Speech: yes but only mnu items
E.g you select a menu item

Yes. Brltty and TalkBack are completely independent. That being said,
when 
they're both running then they both work together fairly well. So,
either way, 
it's your choice.
