[BRLTTY] Brltty doesn't resume back after wakeup from suspend

Hi Dave,

I created a log file with official Brltty 5.2 release.
I added to the brltty.conf file with following log parameters:
log-file /brltty.log
log-level debug,usb,gio,inpkts,outpkts
Can you see any interesting messages with the log file with related my 
suspend issue?
I tested again my suspend related issue. After my machine wakeup from 
suspend, I see "screen not in text mode" message with graphic session 
until I not detach and attach my braille display USB cable, or I not 
turn off and on my braille display.
If this steps happening and I do a cursor movement operation for example 
with arrow keys, I see again Orca with actual highlighted braille output.
If log file showing BRLTTY level all works fine, I will doing an Orca 
debug.out file and looking what happening this situation Orca level.
