[BRLTTY] Delay problem with latest code

Thank you, Mario. Now, I've learned a lot about git, that certainly
will be useful. According ty my last mail to the list, the problem
was not related to BRLTTY, if it's not an idea to let BRLTTY set this
obscure value when needed.
