[BRLTTY] screen patched

hi all,

here is, if you need it, a patched binary of screen-4.0.3.
the command:
tar zxvf screen403Patched.tgz will uncompress the archive.
follow the README file to install,
or copy files to their location.
it work on osx maverick 10.9.4.
i use it to write at this time.

i am sorry, i would like to port the patch to the macport screen but
at this time i am fightening against esys 40 who does not want to start with brltty 5.0/1/2.
(nor on osx nor Debian or FreeBSD).
Later if no one has done it i will try to do something.
But my priority is to see why esys does not start with the new version.
