I don't know. To answer that question, you would need a sample of users who
have had equipment serviced recently. Reliable service is very important for
braille displays, as they need cleaning and repairs can be expensive - so
investigate the reputation of the vendor as much as you can from people whose
opinions you trust.

Also, it's possible that dealers in different countries for the same product
may vary in the quality of the support they provide.
