[BRLTTY] Introducing myself, and a question regarding BRLTTY for Windows

Hi Felix,

Normally libusb works by replacing the normal USB driver for a device by 
the libusb driver, so it can access the device. However, I don't know 
if/how that works for HID devices. It could be that Brltty + libusb + a 
HID device is never tested on Windows?
