[BRLTTY] Trouble installing the latest version

There's usually a delay between when a package is released and when a 
distribution picks it up.

You're probably building on an architecture that doesn't support (or 
incorrectly supports) the stripping of executables. For now, perhaps you need
to configure with: --disable-stripping
