[BRLTTY] cannot install brltty 5.4 latest git on gentoo

I already sent you the .pc file, but maybe I will add that simlink and
at least that solves that problem.  I still have the problem with
linuxdoc-tools, however and I was looking for 0.9.69, but so far I
cannot find it.
