[BRLTTY] brlapi without terminal (when raw is not supported)

To answer one of my questions ...

I seem to be able to use ...

brlapi_enterTtyModeWithPath(NULL, 0,  NULL)
   in place of
brlapi_enterTtyMode(BRLAPI_TTY_DEFAULT, NULL)

to converse with the display without specifying a terminal..
