[BRLTTY] On 40-cel display next-window moves 80 characters

My console width was set to 100 characters. Somehow brltty thought 
therefore it needed to scroll 80 characters at a time. When I did a:
stty cols 80
and restarted brltty, all was as I hoped it would be.
