[BRLTTY] brltty in windows

Yes, that was the problem, I have installed libusb-1.0 as driver, and now
brltty connects to the device and detects it's model and cell count, etc.
but just after starting the braille driver and showing a short message on
braille display, braille display shows nothing.

Here is last lines of *run-debug.exe *(and I don't know why braille driver
is suspending?) :
