[BRLTTY] Brltty is installed on my Mac, but the braille display doesn't start.

Yep, you gotta start screen before BRLTTY. Ugh, it's such a mess on the
Mac. Much harder than Emacspeak to set up. Funny enough, Brltty works fine
on Linux, and Emacspeak is a beast to tame there.
