[BRLTTY] Unable to compile brltty after upgrade to Mac High Sierra 10.13.1

The api problem is fixed; the ktb-brltty error remains. My hardware 
probably is 64bit since it is a 2012 model and Apple's installations have 
been 64-bit for some time now. But it never gave this error in the past.
