[BRLTTY] Unable to compile brltty after upgrade to Mac High Sierra 10.13.1

Oh, and I had not done make distclean. I had done make clean. This time I 
did make distclean before I did git pull. Then I did ./autogen, 
./cfg-darwin, and make.
