[BRLTTY] Using Brltty for Android without TalkBack

Hi Trish,

Thank you so much for your help! Will definitely have a look at
braillepen.com and contact Harpo if need be. Just out of curiosity, why
would I need to keep BrailleBack running? Wouldn't BrailleBack and Brltty
interfere with one another? As far as turning off speech in TalkBack,
there's no way to do this without suspending TalkBack altogether.

Again, many thanks for your help! :)
