[BRLTTY] Using Brltty for Android without TalkBack

Hi Siena,

From memory, you need to have both BrailleBack and TalkBack running,
and turn the voice off in TalkBack if you need to. There's a lot of
info (including contact info for Harpo or your dealer) at
braillepen.com.
