[BRLTTY] Using Brltty for Android without TalkBack

Hi Dave,

Thank you so much for your responses to my questions! :) I was able to 
connect the BraillePen 12 using the Voyager drivers. Also, I was able to 
find the key bindings for the BraillePen under the documentation section of 
the Brltty website! Really enjoying using Brltty!
