[BRLTTY] BRTTY Freeze

Hi Dave,

I'll try to restart BRLTTY with a debug log. One hint is that the freezes always occur when I am doing mail with fetchmail and mutt. The last one happened while I 
was trying to change the subject in a forwarded message.
