Do you mean how can you make brltty's Android screens "speak" Croatian? If so,
that's easy. If you go to brltty.app, then click on Download, and then on
android, you'll find the instructions. If they aren't clear then do ask.

You need to download a file. Each line of that file contains an English phrase.
You'll need to change each English phrase into the right Croatian phrase, and
then send the file back to me.

That part of the web page lists all the languages that are already supported.
Translations for any language not yet supported will, of course, be welcomed.
