[BRLTTY] Returning to BRLTTY - and asking for help with Windows/FS Focus Blue setup

I have a 40 blue 5th generation, but I use nvda in windows.
I got narrator working at one time with braille, but it uses a different driver than nvda.
I cannot s)itch between the two unless I want to switch drivers too. Very cumbersome.
The guy at visparo is very good, and helped me a lot.
