[BRLTTY] Returning to BRLTTY - and asking for help with Windows/FS Focus Blue setup

Hi Brian,

Thanks for that.

One thing I've been considering, re switching, is to have one program
connecting to the Focus via USB and the other via Bluetooth; then, to
switch, you do it from the Focus, rather than switching drivers in the
computer.  Not sure if that idea may be of any help to you...
