[BRLTTY] BRLTTY, systemd and unprivileged user

Even if you (or anyone else, for that matter) encounters this kind of problem,
please (yes, I'm begging) let us know about it right away even if you find a
way to get things to work on your system. None of us wants a catastrophe to hit
lots of users when the next version is released.
