[BRLTTY] Are changes needed for systemd 247.1?

I've posted a tar file at https://jasonjgw.net/brltty-systemd-config.tar.xz

All of the configuration is in /lib/systemd/system. I preserved 
directories in the tar file. I can make changes or supply other files as 
appropriate.
