[BRLTTY] Are changes needed for systemd 247.1?

this doesn't made any difference. i am thinking should we try to add 
implecete dependency on device-unit to brltty at .service.
i tried:
BindsTo=%I
After=%I

but it isn't work. will google how to do that.
