[BRLTTY] Are changes needed for systemd 247.1?

Okay, it thinks (I think correctly) that Requires= is wrong, but PartOf= seems
to be okay (and, I think, more accureate). Please, therefore, try adding this
to brltty at .service:

   PartOf=%i.device
