Unfortunately, this didn't change the behaviour. I added it to the 
[Unit] section, as that's where it's documented (i.e., in the 
systemd.unit(5) manual page).

I'm sure we'll solve it, even if it needs to involve systemd 
specialists, - and I'll gladly assist with testing, as my machine 
reliably reproduces the issue.
