[BRLTTY] Windows, Can't run Brlapi-0.8.3.win32.exe even though I've installed Python 3.1 64-bit and 3.8 32-bit

Thanks Samuel. OK, I just did that with the same results. Braille display error, could not load BRLTTY display. I selected Bluetooth this time in brlttycnf.exe. That’s why I originally thought I had to connect Brltty with NVDA with Brlapi-0.8.3.win32.exe, since NVDA doesn’t seem to recognize the BRLTTY package. I find things you’re supposed to do to use it with Window Eyes, but nothing for NVDA. Do I need to put it, or parts of it somewhere in my permanent installation of NVDA for NVDA to recognize it? I searched the docs for any mention of NVDA to no avail.
Here’s the bit of my NVDA log to do with my latest attempt.

I don’t think the last bit about an addon having problems has anything to do with this, but I disabled it, and got the same results.

Hello,

Note that the Brlapi package is meant for the development of
applications that produce braille, it's not for end users. I guess you
rather want to download and run the Brltty package.
