[BRLTTY] Braille keyboard

I recall that you may need to also run xbrlapi sense you are using Ubuntu
24. But you should able to use the keyboard to open the brltty preference
menu by space p. Another things to note, even though orca is running. You
are still not able to use the braille keyboard without xbrlapi. This might
be incorrect though, as I am not too familiar with Linux as we are moving
away from x11 etc in the newer version of the distro.
