Well, it doesn't matter who's willing to provide one, e.g. RISE, APH, or whoever else.

Without ssh access, that'd require you learning how to build brltty for yourself. With ssh access, I could do all of it on my own time - i.e. whenever you don't need the device - and, when enough code is written, ask you to do some testing.

No, not on the Monarch. I'm referring to ssh access to your PC, to which your Monarch would be connected.
