[BRLTTY] grade two braille

I have a navigator braille display. I have the contraction table set to 
en-us-g2 and the text table is nabcc. the display is still showing grade 1 
braille. I changed the text table to us but that didn't fix the problem. 
I restarted the computer to make sure the new settings took effect.

also how do I make the cursor always down.


is there a way to make brailletty follow speakup?
