[BRLTTY] grade two braille

There should be a command on the braille display that switches BRLTTY to
six-dot braille. Look it up in the help file for your braille display.

Once you select six-dot braille, the contraction table will be activated and
you should get Grade 2, except for the word that the cursor is on.
