[BRLTTY] Wrong assumptions while searching the help file!

Did you use the default configure options and then move brltty from /bin to
/usr/sbin? That's my guess, and, if correct, may just be another sign that the
new relocatable install feature, primarily designed for Windows users, may just
not be working out very well for Linux users.
