uhm on debian there seams to be no modprobe.conf anymore.
/etc/modprobe.d/* fiels seams not to have anything related to uhci-hcd

I ahve uchi_hcd and ehci_hcd compield into the kernel itself.
(ehci for usb 2.0) maybe that is the issue
