[BRLTTY] BRLTTY always bothers the syslog if the pc speaker
module is compiled statically

Thanks. Please upgrade to the latest version as it now only tries to load the
module once. I don't know of any way to reduce it to zero as I don't know any
way to test if the functionality has been compiled into the kernel.
