[BRLTTY] BRLTTY dies after S/Vario power down

The powerdown state basically requests a driver restart. This is the very same
thing that disconnecting the USB cable should do. Perhaps, therefore, you can
more easily and quickly reproduce the condition by disconnecting the USB cable.
