[BRLTTY] Reading Dots 7-8 From BrlAPI

Dave:

Yes, it was the second patch that worked; I didn't actually run with the first one. Using BRLTTY 3.10 release.

I think it would be awkward, but people would probably get used to it. Along a similar line, I am not getting any codes for F1 through F4, and these keys exist on the Connect 12 and the Connect 24. I wonder if strategic use of these keys could help. Or, perhaps other Baum displays don't provide these keys and that is why they are not supported in BRLTTY?

Just to confirm ... it's the second patch that works?

Can you tell me which code you're using? 3.10? The development stream?

We could take a different approach with the 12, i.e. to use B9-B0 as modifiers,
e.g. shift and control, rather than as dots 7-8. Then, pressing both of them
together could be space. How awkward would that be (particularly pressing both
together for space) on the 24?
