OK, sorry, I haven't had time to check, I will as soon as I get a chance 
though. So go ahead and release brltty if you like and I'll track down the 
exact rev at some stage and let you know exactly what is going on: when it 
started occuring and about if it is in a stable release.

Also, in UEB braille shouldn't a % sign be represented as dots 4 6 then in 
the next cell dots 3 6 and 5?
currently brltty writes % as 456 and then lower j instead of 46...

That's about all I see that is wrong.
