I'm starting to think that my XP is broken...
I'll try this on a diffent machine running XP.

Ok so it should be the same as the libusb along brltty.

Yes, it has to be in the system directory.

Brltty already ships them.  Installing different versions of libusb would
actually only bring breakage :)
