[BRLTTY] BRLTTY / Speech-Dispatcher: What happens when there is no braille display available?

Hey guys,

	Thank you so much for your answers. I'll have a look to see if Speakup is available with my kernel... But I thought 
it was quite deprecated?
Anyway the objective would be to have a review cursor like it it possible with a braille display to read line per line. 
Dave, what do you mean by key table? How can I navigate if I do not have the braille controls available?
