[BRLTTY] Braille input, deleting text with Handy Tech Active Braille

Hi!

I'm currently using BRLTTY 4.5dev rev 8392M. The help system mention
SpaceLeft-dot7 as backspace key. I can't get that working, neither on
Android, nor on PC. On PC, at the command line prompt, I can use
SpaceLeft-<letter h>, but that doesn't work on Android, and it doesn't
work in Emacs. Hope this can be fixed / looked into.
