With the understanding that I'm not a Windows person, here's what I believe we
had to do with another device that was in a similar situation.
You need to know the USB vendor and product IDs for your tablet. Then find the
.inf file that lists the devices that adb can connect to. All the entries in it
look more or less the same except that each has its own unique USB vendor and
product IDs. Duplicate one of those entries, and edit it to contain the new
IDs. I'm not sure if you then need to do something to get the .inf file to be
reread.
